Lah Bros, started by a young Nepali chef Rajeev Chakradhar, who was born and raised in the vibrant city of Kathmandu, he grew up surrounded by the vibrant and rich flavours of traditional Nepali cuisine.

His passion to bring modern Nepalese cuisine to a new audience led him to open his own restaurant in Melbourne. He started experimenting with different ingredients, family recipes and blending traditional flavours with modern techniques to establish some of his best dishes.
